The finishes used for each apartment are organic, soft cool and with an earthy feel, muted tones of driftwood, hammered stone, linen and woven grasses, all enhanced with copper and bronze. Some apartments have a predominant natural feel like a unified organism, others suggesting the colours of earth core.

Takada has incorporated sliding timber slated screens that open up spaces or conceal kitchens from living areas. Slide the screens aside and the transformation is functional, creating privacy with minimal space taken. The internal lighting gives a glowing effect of a soft relaxing feeling that flows through the apartment.

West Tower

The One Central Park West Tower apartment complex from levels 6 to 15, is desirable for inner-city habitation, with the aesthetics of “ high-speed luxury sports cars and motor yachts which are more prestigious when they smaller’’ as William Smart states while describing his concept. They definitely have the sense of high polish pod, with a high technology luxury car interior face.
They are elegant, luxurious, glamorous and unique-luxurious per the brief by Frasers Properties for compact space. Glamour is about being done with a certain ingenuity, theatricality, and personal mystique and in the same way, is minimalist.

In public areas, the West Tower is robust, gallant and graphically stylish. Tyre-patterned carpets throughout the corridors, which seem to paved the way along the dark length of floor coverings.

In the double-height lobby, three grand LED monitors to act as canvas with images of the forest in embracing of the natural landscape of times before the city was built.
